As a 25 year plus veteran in the glass industry, I have always delivered a strong business performance by creating customer and associate delight.

It is important to increase customer satisfaction by focusing on quality, workmanship and post sales engagement. I serve as the liaison between the customer and the respective insurance company. Identify resolutions for customers, and improve processes. At the same time I coach and train staff on mechanical and safety procedures. I have always had a high level of responsiveness and sensitivity, and effective problem resolution skillset. My areas of expertise include:
